If you only play WoW and Minecraft, that is way too much for your needs.

Motherboard: Biostar H61MGC Micro ATX LGA1155 Motherboard ($29.99 @ Newegg)
Memory: AMD Entertainment Edition 4GB (1 x 4GB) DDR3-1333 Memory ($29.99 @ NCIX US)

This will easily be able to run Minecraft and WoW at high settings, as well as newer games like BF3.

I'm sorry I didn't mention this, but I also record my game play and edit it. I know fraps and Skype both lag the computer along with Sony Vegas, So does that computer still suit what I need to do?

i5 for extra smooth gaming and recording/editing(not as fast as i7, but a lot cheaper).
Feature rich mobo to support this cpu. Minecraft and video editing can use lots of ram.
I included the F3 you specced. You can add a ssd if you want.
I haven't looked in a while and didn't realize what a steal you can get a hd7970 for.
OC to ghz ed. levels and you have the fastest single gpu card available. More recent updates to wow are more demanding on the gpu.
This case in an absolute steal at this price for all the features packed in.
An excellent psu that will more than meet your needs and doesn't break the bank.
The monitor you specced in your first build. You didn't have one in the second and one was not suggested in the post above.
Haven't researched how well windows 8 games, so I guess sticking to windows 7 is alright.
This is closer to the cheaper of the systems you originally specced. If you add a decent quality/capacity ssd, it'll be closer to the more expensive one.

Did you read the OP? He only plays Minecraft and WoW, so he definitely does not need a Radeon 7970. A Celeron G540 or a Pentium G860 should be just fine for what he does.

i thought Minecraft and WoW are cpu heavy games?
