Question which cable i should use to get 144 hz

My monitor is Benq xl2411 ( ports HDMI , DVI , VGA )

Hi i use to have old card gtx 760 it was connected to monitor Benq xl2411 by DVI Cable and i had 144hz recently i changed card to
GTX 1660 ( 1x HDMI , 3x DP ) i try to connect it with HDMI 2.0 but there is only 60hz , so im wondring is this HMDI limited to 60hz on this monitor , and what should i use to get
144 HZ again mb DisplayPort - DVI cable will solve the problem can u help guys ?
