Which cable should i use? FTP OR UTP?

Hi, i have to connect a TL-WR340G router with a pc or maybe a router.
The distance is 65mts and the cable would be outdoor.
The cable would pass near a TV cable and a power cable.

Which one should i buy?

You can buy outdoor direct bury cat 5e cable and it will likely work. You can if you choose use normal cable but bury plastic pipe to put it in. Depends if you think there is much possibility of it being cut.

Highly unlikely you will need a shielded cable. Cable tv will have no effect at all since that is a shielded cable. Power only matters if you are very close like less than a inch. Even then it seldom causes any issues. The thing that causes issues are stuff like ballast in florescent lights and then you have to almost wrap the wire around them to have them cause trouble.

Since you are not by code in just about any country allowed to run the data cable in the same conduit as power and power cable outside must be in a conduit you likely could not even put your data line close enough even if it would cause interference. Unless you have other reasons I would only bury the data cable a couple inches the power cable is likely buried at least 18 inches or more depending on the code and amount of power it carries.

You might be able to use normal cable then. Since all ethernet cable is plastic covered it is mostly waterproof. The main issues are soil reacts with the plastic which is why you use direct bury cable. The other concern is the sun destroying the plastic. I have had a normal ethernet cable running up the side of a 30ft tower for more than 5 years and it still is good. If it is easy to replace it will be cheaper to buy normal cable and just plan to replace it.
I know my brother has 100ft of indoor ethernet cable stapled to his fence for a ip camera and it also looks fine after 2 years.

Still if your cable is going to touch the ground I would get the direct bury cable. The soil where I live ate a hole in a copper propane line on my grill in less 3 years.
