Which cable should i use to get the best from this monitor??

I have a benq xl2411z 144hz monitor and now i use it with a DVI Digital Dual Link but the its doesnt looks as good as i thought.(i have a gtx750ti with this 3 plug: VGA (D-sub),DVI and HDMI. Which dvi should i use?? :/

DVI dual link is your best option. All the rest options are somewhat limited.

DVI or HDMI would be your best bet, your problem is you have a 144hz monitor with a GPU that doesn't have a port that would support it. You need a GPU with displayport to be able to utilize that monitor to its fullest potential.

DVI dual link supports 144hz operation with no problems.
That monitor doesn't have Display Port connection BTW.

I dont have problem with the 144hz it works well, but the the quality of the screen sometimes is not as good as i think it should

for exaple:the edge of the icons on desktop, i see the pixels

And how 144hz is supposed to fix that?
144hz operation removes ghosting and improves screen brightness/contrast. It doesn't hide any pixels.

Set resolution of your monitor to native 1920×1080, if you haven't done that already.

At 1080p with a big screen (24") like that if you're close to it, yeah you're going to notice that. There isn't a solution other than sit further away or buy a 1440p or 4k screen.
