Question which cables to use?

You have to use 3 plugs with PCIE 8pin (or 6+2pin) connectors.

There are only 4 of them and i need 2 for cpu no? i have MSI mag 650 tomohawk wifi

Yes - you can use 16pin 12vhpwr to 2x (6+2)pin cable for two 8pin sockets on GPU.
And one PCIe (8 PIN to 6+2 PIN) cable for remaining 8pin socket on GPU.

Note - CPU12V (4+4pin) connector is not compatible with PCIE 8pin (6+2pin)connector.

another dumb Question , the 8pin pcie only have 7 connects to psu connector , not 8 , is that fine to connect to gpu?

Yes. Two of the pins needs to be connected to ground, but they don't carry current, so you only need one ground connection.
