You've misspelled some of the components Manufacturers incorrectly, and I note this because you want to read everything precisely and enter correct voltages.
But it's a locked chip, so you can only overclock by raising the BCLK. But on stock cooling you won't get far, and by raising the BCLK-you're raising everything. The RAM, CPU, NB...etc Frequencies. So you'd have to have a good understanding of the voltages and components that'll be overclocked. So start searching and reading-there are plenty of guides here and on other sites lying around on Intel overclocking.
