Question Which card for photo editing, some video encoding, and no gaming? 3060ti or 3070?

Looking to buy a Dell XPS system for basic photo editing and some video work. I'm choosing between an Nvidia 3060, 3060ti and 3070. For my purposes and with no gaming would I notice much difference between the 3? Thank you!

I'm no expert but I believe all 3 would be more than enough for the job, the cheapest option of the three here might be the best

those gpus are for gaming, may be look for more modern better cpu and ram.
