Which card is better for After Effects CC: GTX 950 2GB or GTX 750 Ti 4GB? Better chip or more vRAM?

sometimes I do some simple animations in After Effects CC. Now I would like to
buy a new GPU, and I'm curious which of these cards is better:

Gigabyte GV-N75TWF2OC-4GI with GeForce GTX 750 Ti and 4GB GDDR5 (link)

or ASUS STRIX GTX™ 950 2GB (link)

Simply, what is better for After Effects:
GTX 950 or GTX 750 Ti 4GB? It's better higher chip or more vRAM?

otherwise, I plan do sometimes simple 3D or some videocut.. I donť play games. My current configuration is:

HDD3: Seagate Barracuda 7200.14 2000GB
power: SEASONIC SS-500ET-F3, 500W ATX 2.2, active PFC, 1x PCIe, 2x SATA

Gtx 950 is much better. Neither card is powerful enough to ever need more than 2 gb of vram.
