Which card is better?

Hello in Denmark there's a sweet discount on these two cards:

The 970 card is still ~67 euros more expensive than the 960 card, but is it worth getting the 970 card? Which one is better?
The clock speed seems kinda low on the 970 card compared to other 970 cards I've looked at.

Yes it's worth getting the 970 over the 960.

The 970 is absolutely worth it. Clock speeds don't mean THAT much, and definitely aren't a good way to gauge which GPU is "better".
