Which card to buy?

Need advice on new graphics card. I am considering the following,

FX5900XT - http://www.savastore.com/products/product.asp?catalog_name=Savastore&product_id=10276018&pid=1

I'd appreciate it if someone could tell me the differnce between the 3 9600XT's I've listed. Also whether it'd be worth forking out extra cash for the FX5900XT (seems to have done well in all the benchmarks!). Any other suggestions are welcome.

New Egg has HIS 9800Pro ICEQ for $240. That's if you cand spend that much for a vid card.
