Which Card to go with..

Cant decide between the 2 cards.
Upgrading from a 650TI 1GB =/

Main concern is upcoming SC2 LOTV on Nov 10th. But also plan to play Mad Max, Arkham Knight and possible Battlefront, Siege and the Division. When they go on sale.

Really no difference you would notice. Since both cost the same just go for the one with higher stock clockrates.
You can OC both anyway to whatever you want if you feel like you need a little extra.

I personally like EVGA more but thats just personal preference.

Get EVGA card . Asus idle so hot ._.

TBH pick which one you think looks cooler. The EVGA may eek out 1-2 FPS more but otherwise they are identical, same warranty, same quality etc.
