I'm looking to install 2 140mm intake fans on my NZXT S340 and I have the following models to choose from:

Thermaltake Luna 14 LED
Fractal Design Silent Series R3
Thermaltake Riing 14 LED
Thermaltake Pure 14 LED
Noctua NF-P14r redux-1500 PWM
Noctua NF-P14s redux-900
Noctua NF-P14s redux-1200 PWM
Fractal Design Venturi HP-14 PWM

Which one is the best? noise/airflow/quality are priority.

Solution
The noctua are pretty nice but unless they'll be controlled via pwm or a voltage fan controller like a rheobus I'd advise against the 1500rpm variety. The 1200 would be better and still may need some fan control, they can get a little loud at full blast (1500). I've got a couple in the top of my case and they move a lot of air but they also have an audible tone. Much of it is wind noise and that comes with air moving past any obstruction, striking a balance between noise and airflow. The more airflow the more noise potential as the air hits interference.

In terms of airflow, best to worst would be noctua redux 1500rpm, venturi hp-14, fractal silent series r3.

In terms of noise, the venturi can get pretty noisy, the noctua makes some noise and the silent series produces a bit less noise.
For warranty, the noctua I believe offers the longest, 6yrs vs 3yrs for the fractal fans and the thermaltakes I believe have a 1yr warranty.

If you want the led lighting that will reduce your choices, based on overall quality I'd say noctua.

Solution
Thanks for your input.
I was about to order the Noctua NF-P14s redux-1200 PWM fans when they went out of stock so I ordered Fractal Design Venturi HP-14 PWM instead.
They're not silent but they're not loud either. Build quality is excellent and the price is right. Can't complain.
