Which case, NZXT S340 Elite or PHANTEKS Eclipse P400S?

Im upgrading my PC case which one should i get? NZXT S340 Elite or PHANTEKS Eclipse P400S?
Would the Dark Rock 3 Cpu cooler fit in both of these?

Yes, both will fit the Dark Rock 3, however it is right at the limit . It should be fine, as to account for this case manufacturers often leave some leeway. Both are very good cases, so get which ever one is cheaper/you prefer the looks of.
