Hi guys,
I am building my first budget gaming PC over the christmas holidays. And I had to cut my budget significantly, so I was going to go with this case: http://www.amazon.co.uk/Corsair-Carbide-Series-Mid-Tower-Gaming/dp/B0055Q7BR4/ref=sr_1_1?s=computers&ie=UTF8&qid=1383932124&sr=1-1&keywords=400r - but thats waaayyyy too much money. My budget for a case is around £40. Is this case good or do you think there is a better one in its price range???

If it allows for you to grab up a 7870 Tahiti then yes 100% for sure I would grab the Zalman Z12. Looking at that VTX3d 7870, it seems to have a reference cooler on it. It should exhaust the hot air to the outside of the case, which will help with your internal temperature overall.

Here is a review of the Club3d Joker 7870 Tahiti LE: http://www.techpowerup.com/reviews/Club_3D/HD_7870_jokerCard_Tahiti_LE/

All 3 models of the 7870xt/le are of same design from what I can see. They overclock well, and get great reviews. In some of the benchmarks I just posted the 7870le come in a tiny bit ahead of the 7950. :)

By now you should see the point I am trying to get across. If you save a little on your case you can get a fair amount better graphics card, hence higher performance for your money. :D

OK - I will take your advice. I will get the VTXHD 7870 and the z12. Thank you soooo much for everything.
