Question which case to buy under 4000 rupees/57 dollars?

i was thinking of getting gigabyte c200 glass does it have good cooling if not, tell me a good case with good cooling psu shroud needed.

Pick something that looks good to you, and will fit your components.

Typically, anything geared towards "glass" will not have particularly great cooling.

What options are available to you? Website listings are limited for India.... cheapest I can even find for a TG case with PSU shroud, is ~4,800 Rupees.
