this is my spec
GA-7VAXP with newest bios and drivers
mobile 2500 barton @ 2200
512 pc3200
120gig wd
9800pro
Im thinking of upgrading the mobo to an Nforce 2 board
as I will be pulling my pc apart I might as well get a new case with better airflow as im oc the cpu.
would a Chieftec Dragon be a good choice and if so would the 360watt psu that comes with the case be enough

The case is a goog value case. The power supply should also be fine for your systme.

could someone tell me something about the cheiftec psu is it noisy has it got good power etc

The power supply isn't really any noiseier than any other power supply. And for you system that power supply that comes with it, is plenty of power.
