Which cheap B550 and X570 can handle a max oced or just to 80 c hot with a kranken x63 aio cooler ?

Im trying to see how low mb i can go for, for a ryzen 8 core, since a 5600x is already a little expensive compared to a 3600 and i5 10600kf

Just about any B550 motherboard that has a heatsink on the VRM FET's will be a good choice for 6 core 3600x or 5600x. Same is probably true of x570, although there certainly are those I'd avoid (MSI's X570 Gaming Edge, for instance).

And if you're looking for an 8 core that's cheaper than one of those you won't likely find one.

Also: don't get excited about heavily overclocking a 7nm Ryzen CPU. Unless all you're interested in is turning it into a space heater (not a good one at that) as performance improvement, if any, is pretty small.

Both of those CPUs are 6 core, 12 thread processors. Which 8 core are you thinking of ?
Any with more than 4+1 VRM and heat sink on it.

The new B550, most of them will be able to handle, I would just stay away from the ones that do not carry any VRM heatsink. I bought for a build a B550 M Pro4 for under 100$ a while ago and the motherboard handles the system perfect, pretty decent size VRM heatsink, amazing pricing for the features / quality.
Like with any system, make sure you have decent case airflow.

I have known this doc for a long time but they haven't testet B550 mother boards and ryzen 5000 cpu's, i was hoping for a 5800x and a cheap mb not as in under $100 but cheaps as in alost the same price as a 5600x and a $150 mb. ATX

I have had so many 6 core cpu and only 2 x 8 core older ryzen cpus and 1 ryzen 3 3300x and intel i5 9600k for the last about 4 years, atm an i5 10600kf, i would prefer an 8 core cpu
