Which combination do better jobs on gaming?

Hi, everyone! I am wondered which combination under defaul setting and overclocking is better for gaming and daily works?

The list is below:

First:
E6420 2.13GHz 1066FSB
MSI P965 NEO
Kingston 4GB DDR2 800 (2x2GB)
Sapphire 4870x2 2GB

Second:
E8400 3.0GHz 1333FBS
GIGABYTE EP45-UD3R
G.Skill 4GB DDR2 1066 (2x2GB)
GTX260 Core 216 896MB

the first is going to be a major bottleneck as that card gets bottlenecked by the top end i7 so the second definitely but I would change for a 720 BE and 790GX motherboard, biostar if you can get hold of one since they are cheap and they overclock better than other boards and give you the core unlock functionality if possible.

that will free up money for a 4890

The 2nd setup is MUCH MUCH better. The first uses the p965 chipset which is long gone.

The 2nd uses a P45 which is way better at contolling memory. The CPU will also run that GPU way better.
