Which combination is best ???

everyone

i need to my new pc and i m having 16 gb ram
should i have
4 x 4 =16 gb ram OR
8 x 2 =16 bg ram

asrock z77 extrem 4

windows 7 home pre, 64bit( supports upto 16 gb only)
i use my pc for rendering( autocad, revit , google ske....etc

Well you can purchase an upgrade to Windows Pro or Ultimate which supports up to 192GB; http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/windows/desktop/aa366778(v=vs.85).aspx#physical_memory_limits_windows_7 or some equivalent version of Windows 8.

As far as better 4x4GB or 2x8GB: 8GB offers the potential of 32GB but 8GB/stick non-ECC RAM is significantly more problematic for stability. Therefore if looking at 8GB/stick kits then DDR3-1600 CAS 9 or 10 @ 1.50v. The 'faster' kits are inherently more problematic, AutoCAD similar to most Rendering applications achieves, CPU-to-CPU, it acceleration more so from abundance of RAM than Frequency and CAS...i.e. more is better.

today finally i got 32 gb ram 8 x4 g.skill http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231488
but it say "designed specifically for 2 gen intel core............will it work(i mean to say give best proformas) for i7-3770k

Well generally I recommend a kit e.g. http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231490 but either SB or IB can run that memory.
