I May Upgrade Monitor In Near Future But This Time I'm Kinda Out Of Budget ! And What About PSU ? Are They Okay To Handle R9 270x or GTX6xx , GTX7xx ? Though I Was Thinking To Go With 1st One ! What Do You Think Guys ?

The second kit motherboard (ASUS) is much superior to the gigabyte one in the first build, but the graphics card is much better in the first build...also you ABSOLUTELY need 8 gb of RAM if you intend to play games on this machine many games nowadays require more than 4gb...

Could you find a radeon r7 265 (wich is better than the 750ti and almost as good as a 270 and most of the time the price is almost the same as the 750ti) and still use a better quality motherboard? here, if you could find those parts i know the prices are not in ruppees and are from usa but only check the parts name if you can find them and check the prices, this would be MUCH better :

If really you cant find a better quality motherboard, than the first build is the better for gaming...the r9 270x graphics card will provide much better performance.

Also you see i went with gskill memory but this is not important it was just to highlight the fact that you NEED 8GB (2x4gb for dual-channel performance) but any brands you find at good price is okay.

Also the graphics card any brand will do you dont have to go with sapphire they just happen to have a good deal going on in the US at this time but they all are just as good in this category of gpu's...

Yes it will, it is very low-end but it meats the minimum requirement, as long as you don't overclock the CPU on this motherboard it should be okay, i would upgrade for something better tho, but i works...NO OVERCLOCKING i can't insist enough, no overclocking and NO 8 core CPU on that board...FX-6300 stock clock is THE MAXIMUM this board can safely handle...MAXIMUM...AT STOCK CLOCK SPEED.

Also maximum memory speed on this board is 1333, it's okay to go with faster memory but they will run at 1333, again no memory overclocking on this board PLEASE.
