[SOLVED] Which combo of hard drives..

Due to my local prices and availability, I can add like 2tb's of storage as I want to..
I already have a 500gb ssd samsung,1tb wd black

So now, Which one(S) would you choose?

2x Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB WD10EZEX (1TB,7200RPM,64MB)

Seagate Barracuda 3TB ST3000DM007 (3TB,7200RPM,64MB)

I want those 2 for heavy series,movies, and big games like gta v,watch dogs 2,for honor,pubg, assasins creed, hitman,dirt,battlefront,project cars 2 and generally big games so I dont want to have it for movies only and it being totally slow..

Ofcourse it has to be reliable too

Yes, there is a lot to be said for a tried-and-tested piece of technology but the HDD market moves very fast and sometimes even a reliable model bought two years ago might not have the same components in it today. Manufacturers are always looking for cheaper ways of doing things. Sometimes the first iteration of a HDD model might be better than subsequent models.

Here is the Product Manual of that drive and yes, 3TB should be fine for your movies, games and files.

No, any drive on that list will be fine. These would be the serial numbers

ST3000DM008, ST1000DM010, ST3000DM009, ST2000DM006, ST500DM009 and ST2000DM007.
