Which component should I upgrade to get the minimum 60fps max settings in Dota 2?

So, I'm planning on upgrading some parts of my computer for better gaming in Dota 2 (my only game). I'm getting a 45-60 fps with low settings with this spec. I'm playing in 1366x768 monitor. Please do recommend me the minimum requirements for max settings with 60-75fps. Which one should I upgrade? Or should I upgrade all? Thanks!

Processor: AMD A6-6400K APU with Radeon(tm) HD Graphics (2CPUs), ~3.9GHz
Memory : 4096MB RAM
GPU: AMD Radeon HD 6570

You will have to get a CPU with higher single thread speed or try to overclock your CPU as high as possible.
Are these numbers using Vulkan?Because on dual cores it really helps.

I'm sorry but I'm kinda of a new here in this pc talk, how do you overclock a CPU and Vulkan???

Got to the steam launch options
(right click on game go to properties and you see a button called set launch options)
Add -vulkan and that's it,if your GPU supports it it will make the game run faster.

Overclocking is a complex thing,if you want you can search for guides on the net use your motherboard model to get guides for your board.
