Which component should i upgrade

Hi guys,i know there is number of threats of same issue.But every one is individual,am i right? So to the point. My pc run slower nowadays even and i consider updating some component. But i can figure out which.
I'm doing coding but mostly at other pc at work, so my pref is gaming. Please share you advice. Heres my comp -
Asus maximus VII ranger Intel z97,
Zalman ZM700-glx 700W,
I5 4670k
Seagate desktop hdd 1tb
Kingston HyperX Fury Red ddr3 2x4gb 1600
Gigabyte gtx 770 windforce 3x 2gb

I think an SSD would be a nice all-round addition for load/boot times and general system speed if you feel like it. Since you have a high end Motherboard on the 1150 Socket i would recommend upgrading the CPU to an i7-4790K if you can find one cheap somewhere since it will be able to re-use your RAM and Motherboard so it will make a nice upgrade for under $200 if you can get a good price on your 4670K and a new 4790K. 16GB RAM should be fine for now and your GPU is still pretty strong but you could benefit from a newer one if you just want pure Gaming performance more than anything right now. In which case it depends on what you want to achieve but an RX 480 8GB or GTX 1060 6GB would be perfect fro 1080p High/Ultra 60+ FPS. If you want...
