Which component to upgrade mobo+custom loop+ram or gpu or cpu+mobo

My current specs as follows:
AMD FX 8320e
ASUS m5a78l-m lx3
ASUS GT 440
ID Cooling Frostflow 120
500GB WD Blue
256GB HD
256GB HD
128GB HD
Seasonic M12II 620 Bronze
Vengeance LP 2x4GB
Dual 768p monitors

The Upgrades:
CPU+Mobo
2x Xeon X5660 / E5-2670
ASUS Z8NA-D6C / Supermicro LGA 2011 dual socket

or

Loop+motherboard+ram ( i will overclock the CPU btw )
XSPC EX240+EX120+GPU Block
Gigabyte 970 gaming
vengeance lp 2x4gb (in total 16gb)

or
GPU+Mobo
Gigabyte 970 Gaming
XFX RX 480

please suggest me on which should i upgrade, i won't game that much next year and I'll be more on programming and less gaming.



 
Solution
I would go for the GPU - it's by far your weakest component. If I were you, I wouldn't spend money on a motherboard now. I would save up until I could do the CPU+Motherboard together.
