Hi all,

I have an urge to spend some money on my gaming PC, but not sure where I will see the most benefit, would love some advice.

Current specs

Motherboard: ASRock 970 Pro2
CPU: FX 6300 (OC'd 4.2)
GPU: GTX 660 ti
RAM: 2 x 4GB Corsair Vengeance 1600

PSU: Corsair something (HX?) 650

Not fussed about storage or anything, just want a bit more fps for games. I have a modded to heck Skyrim that creaks when things get busy. Budget wise, about $200 - $300, but that's including the sale price of whatever I replace.

EDIT I have an SSD already

Cheers,

Hi there! 😀

Yeah I agree with dasulman. Start saving to extend your budget and switch to intel. Intel CPUs are great, the performance is high, consumes lower power, etc. 😀 .For the upgrade, I suggest get a higher graphics card. Games rely mostly on graphics card.
