Which components should I upgrade?

Okay, so, I currently have a budget of about 200 euros.

Here are my components:

CPU: i5-4690K
GPU: R9 280X Tri-X Vapor-X
MOBO: ASUS Z97-P
RAM: 8GB (2x4) HyperX Fury
CPU Cooler: Hyper 212 Evo
HDD: 1TB Western Digital 32MB Cache

I currently don't have an SSD. What parts should I get/upgrade to make my PC perform better? I could sell my GPU for around 200, meaning I might just be able to get a GTX 1070. I have a 1680x1050 monitor also, would it be worth upgrading to 1440p? Or do you think I should upgrade to an i7?

Let me know what YOU think I should do :)

UPDATE: I have a Corsair VS550 Power Supply, a HP w2207h 1680x1050 monitor, I have a MechanicalEagle Z-77 keyboard, and I can't remember what mouse I bought! Although, I'm don't really mind if I do or don't have a high-end keyboard/mouse, just as long as I feel comfortable with it! The same with my headset, I have a Sades-903 headset which honestly does more than I need it to.

You can probably tell, I don't really mind the peripheral's, if the overall PC performance is great. I use my PC mainly for gaming, sometimes streaming (which is why I mentioned upgrading to i7, but with the 4690K, it does good!)

At the moment, I feel like I should get a 64mb cache HDD, because my 32mb cache HDD is nearly always at 100%, and can be slightly noisy, and also has trouble loading things sometimes. I would like for the PC to load up faster, and load things faster in general.

As for gaming, my GPU does pretty good. Although, for some games, I have to set my graphics to Medium to get 60+ FPS, but some games, for example, the Witcher 3, I can play at High and get 45-60 FPS (which is good for a 280X!)

I'm not really sure what I want to upgrade, that's why I kinda need your guys' opinion. What would improve this setup most (in terms of price to performance ratio)

Sorry for this HUGE update!

I've done some looking around and in my opinion, yes the RX480 seems to be the better choice, especially if you look at history of stuff like the 280X and how it now can chop it up with 780s, and when it was launched it was $100(I think) less than a 770. More RAM, more DX12/Vulkan, most often even or single digit lower DX11 performance, I'd take the 480. http://www.hardwarecanucks.com/forum/hardware-canucks-reviews/73945-gtx-1060-vs-rx-480-updated-review-23.html Most recent review I saw and things are very close in DX11 with the 1060 taking a bit of a lead, and DX12 it leads. Also you're allowed to crossfire them, unlike the 1060.
EDIT: Also, small note, Freesync monitors.
Well, the weak links I see are as follow, in order of importance(in my opinion): GPU, Monitor, SSD, PSU. I also don't believe you could sell that GPU for so much. Probably looking at about 120 less(unless you get a sucker, I guess). That's how much the one (in canadian dollars) I recently bought one for my girlfriend costed me. I'd sell it and grab an RX 480. If you have leftover, then progress down that list if possible. If you can't afford a good monitor, an SSD boot drive wouldn't be too much. The PSU also isn't urgent. Also if you haven't OC'd your CPU, you should :)

The only reason why I would get more for the GPU is because in Ireland, components are quite overpriced, so we have to import them from the UK! Do you think the RX 480 is better than the GTX 1060? For me, they both cost the same, and I don't play any DX12 games, and the 1060 seems to perform better on DX11?

Apart from that, I found a good reasonable priced 75Hz 1080p monitor that won't cost me much to upgrade from my current one, so I might be able to get an SSD with the leftovers.

Thank you for the reply! :)
