Which components?

I am currently checking out several websites just to see what I can get for a new PC, I am currently at a budget of under £600 but I can go like £10 over this budget.
I want to run games from the past at high or max settings at the resolution 1920x1080. I am kinda tied between AMD FX 8120 and the Intel i5-3570 (no-k) Here are the PC choices I can go for, please don't judge any other parts of the PC, I can't upgrade anything else because it is too much money, just the CPU

I also want the PC to be future proof, so play games at high or medium settings for the next 4 years at my resolution. I don't want biased answers. The AMD FX PC would be nice because it remains at my budget and I think the 8120 has some nice performance, but I have heard a lot about intel i5 cores but this PC does go over my budget, but if I must I can go and save up a bit more money. BUT for the intel PC, I can go below my budget by changing the GPU to the Radeon 7770 and then upgrade in the future.

I checked and this is my updated PC, it has i5-3330 and XFX 7850, more power efficient:

Wherever I go, gtx 660 is way too expensive for me, 7870 is also a bit too much, I'll have to remain with these specs
