Recently my PC has been giving me problems and I'm sure one of my components are failing. Now I am in the process of building a new computer and will be using a few parts (video card and power supply) I currently have so I want to rule out what this issue may be. Basically anytime I play a game my screen keeps going blurred, doubling with large green areas all over. I've tried running some tests for the CPU and Video card (video card is not even a year old 1070) but I can't seem to find any issue. I don't know if it's the motherboard or something else and I've also updated all my drivers and software so that's all been taken care of so far.I've attached a picture of what is happening so you can see the issue. If anyone has experienced this and know what the cause could be that would be great.
