Which computer is best?

Hello there, I need to choose a new computer for my Dad's work which is round 400-500 NZD, so far I have found 6 different options and would like to know which one is best, the computer would really just be used for storing documents, checking emails and very general stuff, no games or intensive software. My Dad and his work are really just getting use to Windows 7 so I guess Windows 7 or 10 is more preferable than 8.

Shipping from other countries tends to be very expensive so if you do wish to suggest a different computer please make sure it is from NZ.
