Gaming is mainly based on your graphics card as long as you don't get significant CPU bottleneck. Independent graphics cards are going to be better than integrated ones. The GT630 will therefore be the best out of the 3. I don't know how your spending $650 on that though. For whats there it seems rather expensive. Intel motherboard might be your problem. your better off getting an Asus micro-ATX board like a 'Asus H81M-K'
