I have been looking at 2 different laptops that I intend to use for gaming.

The models are: Acer Aspire G5-793 i5 8GB 256GB PCIe SSD GTX 1060

and

ASUS GL553VE i7 8GB 128GB SSD + 1TB HDD GTX 1050 Ti

I currently have the ASUS but I have the option to return it because ive been having a few issues with it, nothing too severe yet. I am not dissapointed with the power of this laptop, instead im worried about it getting pretty hot and that it will not have a long lifespan. I feel like longer gaming sessions tear a lot on this computer. I've also noticed that whenever I am in a game I get "Perfcap Reason = VRel". From what I have heard the Acer has really good cooling and a bigger screen, which both are positives for me.

Which one would you recommend?

Where is the discrete GPU for gaming? Not to mention that 4GB of RAM isn't enough for gaming these days, either. The CPU is very weak as well.
