Which computer should i get

So I've been looking for a computer that can have good fps for games such as CS:GO, Minecraft, Sims, LOL, Smite, etc. I've looked at two computers. One has 1TB HDD and 8gb of ram. and one has 1tb hdd, but with 4gb of ram. If you can, please help by telling me what the differences are, how much fps i can based on this information, should i get one computer but upgrade some parts. Anything will help. Thanks!

I'd go with the first one, but upgrade the Graphics Card and the PSU.

The Intel build with the 8GB is the better of the two, and will provide the best gaming experience by far.
