Which cooler for FX-8320?

I am building my new system that will have an FX-8320 or 8350. I have 2 coolers in mind as I will be overclocking and I want it to be quiet as well as I'm putting it all into an Antec P280 quiet case. I am trying to decide between the Corsair H100i or the Prolimatech Megahalems. I have done research on both and there are a mix good and bad reviews about both, so I am asking you guys for your input. I'm leaning more towards the Prolimatech, as even with a fan it will be cheaper than the H100i, but at the same time, I don't know if it'll have the cooling power of the H100.

Before anyone even asks, I'm not even considering Intel for my build as I do a lot of HD video editing, which is among the FX's bread and butter, so to speak. That and socket 1155 is dead.

its a beast of a cooler and whisper quiet but be careful if you go for ram with a big heatsink like vengance or dominator it won't fit under the cooler generally so go for something like the corsair xms3

I have both of the coolers bigcyco1 mentioned,and both perform about the same,very slight edge to Noctua.Both very easy to install.
