Hello to everyone!

I have an i7 10700, and i'm using a xigmatek windpower 964. When i'm not playing games, the pc runs at 40-50 Cº. But, when i play games like lol, for example, is between 60-72 Cº.

I found two cpu coolers and i'm wondering which of these is better: CoolerMaster Hyper 212 Led Turbo or CoolerMaster Hyper212 Black Edition.

Which one should I buy? Or should buy another?

Thank you and have a nice day!

PD: Also, i'm planning to buy 3 coolers of 120mm for extra cooling. So i think with all these coolers i can solve this problem.

Solution
1)NH-D15S(160mm)
Neither NH-D15(165mm before ram clearance) nor Dark Rock Pro 4(163mm) will fit.
Chassis air cooler clearance: up to 163mm.

Note: I don't know how far off, or what the model for the next gpu upgrade might be for you, but certain ones - say for example, a 3080, would overwhelm a D15, because there is effectively only a single point of exhaust in that chassis.
Heck, a 3080 would run hot in there anyway; much higher heat load than a 1660 Super.

2)280mm hybrid - a 240mm may also work, as long as it isn't some cheaper 'Lite' model; those cut too many corners to get the price down.

Note: You would most likely have to remove the LED fans if you go this route, as they would interfere with the radiator fans.

3)You invest in a...
Xigmatek Windpower 964 = Cooler Master Hyper 212(and variants)
That's pretty much the same tier of cooling.

Arctic Freezer 34 eSports DUO: Better, but still not quite there. This cooler is rated for UP TO, but not exactly 200w of heat.
The 10700 is a 200w+ cpu under the right conditions.

You haven't mentioned the chassis, nor the gpu, which would also matter here, because the cooler also has to cope with some of the heat from that.

Looking at the proposed budget, you may have bitten off a bit more than you can chew, and may have to resort to lowering power limits in cpu and gpu to achieve more reasonable thermals.

My chasis is a COOLER MASTER MASTERBOX LITE 5 RGB. The gpu is a NVIDIA GTX 1060 Super.

What do you suggest?

3)You invest in a more airflow friendly chassis.

Note: It may take longer to get a proper cooler for that cpu, due to costs, but you could get by with lower power limits until that can be done.
The possible gpu options later on wouldn't be as restrictive though.

I see, i think i will go for first option, the NH-DS15S. Do you think it will fit okay with the other components (Like RAM and others), or you need exactly what pieces it has?
Thank you so much!

First of all, do not fix a problem you do not truly have.
70c for a i7-10700 under load is perfectly fine.
The processor will monitor it's own temperature and will slow down or shut off to protect itself if it senses a dangerous temperature.
That is around 100c.
Your case will support a cooler as tall as 160mm.
The nh-d15s is as good as it gets for a cpu cooler and will fit in 160mm.
Here is the noctua suitability chart for the i7-10700:

If you think 160mm is calling it too close, the NH-U12A is 158mm.

It's a higher compatibility version of the NH-D15 - for situations the original doesn't fit.

@Zerk2012
The OP said it gets that hot during League of Legends, and that game runs on potato hardware.
There's no doubt OCCT would make things toasty.
That's what i mean. So, should i buy that cooler? How many Cº do you think that will reduce? Will it fit with the other components?

I know that 70c is fine but, lol isn't a hard game, or that's i think.
So, what should i do?

This is from his first post 72C is not hot.

But, when i play games like lol, for example, is between 60-72 Cº.

You can't really judge from a simple game that's why I said to run OCCT to get more of a load temp then go from their.
