Well, despite the 120 in the name, the fans are actually 135mm, and that is good.
But, I found a review, and the cooler needs to run the fans up to high rpm to get maximum cooling.

It does not include the NH-U14s. But it does include the NH-U12s which is a lesser cooler(nspr 129) which seems to be comparable.
With a 13600K I would get a better cooler.

The U12s is just so so ok.
The NH-U14s(nspr 162) is considerably better and suitable.
