[SOLVED] Which cooler is right for a 3950X?

Getting an X570 mobo with a 3950X when it comes out.

I also have some RGB RAM that I'd like to be visible.

I also enjoy OCing components.

What cooling solution would make sense for me?

High end water or custom water cooling?

Depends on what the power draw at its best possible speed is. Probably well over 250W, which rules out all but the largest of air coolers which would cover up the ram.
