Which cooler is the best for 4690k + msi z97 gaming 3 ?

i will buy a new system around 4690k. and i am really confused about what to pick as my cpu cooler. I really dont want to get a liquid cooler. because they are too expensive. i will only use oc genie. i have a cooler in my mind ;akasa venom.
what do you think about it ? do i have to get a liquid cooler ?

If you only do software/firmware OC'ing, you won't need much of a cooler, because you won't get very high. The 212 EVO is more than enough for an air cooler. http://www.amazon.com/Cooler-Master-Hyper-212-RR-212E-20PK-R2/dp/B005O65JXI
But liquid cooler are not all that expensive. My H60 does a fine job on my 4690K and only cost me $60.
