A big one.. 4790k gets really hot... I recommend one of the bigger Noctua (D14 or D15). But you did not mention budget, you pc case and other specs.

If your not overclocking , and you have decent case airflow, even the stock cooler will be fine. If you just want to run a bit cooler than stock, grab a coolermaster 212 for around 25 bucks and call it a day

Or get a true spirit 140 power. Low noise qnd good cooling. Have to fit your case tho
