Question Which cooler ? Stock Cooler AM4 or xilence A402 ?

I have two or three options for cooling my CPU. The CPU is a Ryzen 5 2600 on an MSI b350m Board.

I have a xilence a402 cooler and the stock cooler ( sevenblade Version ) from AMD . Both fit into the case. I want to know,which one i should prefer. Ist one of them quieter or more efficient ?
