Which CPU and Motherboard is better?

Hi,
I'm looking to make a PC for gaming and graphic design and I would like to know which motherboard and CPU would perform better for these tasks? Also I will be overclocking so that needs to be taken into account too.

Option a)
Intel Core i7 4770K
Asus Sabertooth Z97 Mark 1

Option b)
Intel Core i7 4930K
Asus X79-DELUXE Motherboard

The latter, 4930k and Deluxe. The X79 Deluxe is natively compatible with the 4930k, unlike most other X79 motherboards.
