Which CPU can I install in my Asus M2N32-SLi Deluxe Motherboard

Hi I currently have an Asus M2N32-SLI Deluxe WiFi edition motherboard and I would like to upgrade my CPU, which is the best/fastest upgrade option I have for this motherboard? I currently have an AMD Athlon 64 X2 5600+ CPU installed.

I researched it on google and here on toms forums and I found out that it will only support 95watt CPUs some thread said I can upgrade to AMD phenom II X4 955 if the MPN # is HDX955FBK4DGM, and I did find it but it states that it's 125watts is this right or wrong? I need help, if it's incorrect which CPU can I upgrade to that will be fastest? Thanks a lot guys in advance. I also will update the BIOS to the 5002 version. Here are my specs if that will help

4GB Patriot RAM
Asus GTX 260 Video card

Use the tab labeled CPU Support list. It says that the best CPU that is supported by your motherboard is the Phenom IIX4 945 (HDX945WFK4DGM),3.0GHz,2048KB,95W,rev.C3,SocketAM3,Quad-Core and Bios version 5002 (beta) is required to use it.

Thanks that is right.. I overlooked that, it's still a better CPU then my "dual core" at least I will have quad cores now. I will have to wait about a year until the new line of Intel's CPUs come out to fully upgrade, I am done with AMD right now. What Win7 index score will I achieve if I upgrade to the 945 CPU? Right now my index score for the 5600+ is 5.9 everything else is 7.1 or higher.
