I'm having problems deciding between 3 cooling systems for my CPU.

■I'm leaning on the Tuniq HSF but i ran into the CORSAIR and it seems good. The XIGMATEK was one of my first picks and is more of a comparison item.

I have a Phenom 955 (C3 stepping version), running on the stock HSF, and i plan to mildly overclock it from 3.2ghz to 4ghz. The big issue to me right now is the noise of the cooling system. From what i looked at, the performance of the three should be roughly the same. I was hoping somebody could help me decide on the quietest and best performing system.

Thank you

Hi newcomer and welcome to the Tom's hardware forum.

Forget the H50, is a junk. You can get the same cooling of the H50 with a CM Hyper 212+, or a better performance with the Thermalright venomous.

Now, from the other two coolers, I would go for the Tuniq, currently I have a CM 212+ and with this I can get the 4GHz, so, I think that you can get the same speed with less temp.

Finally, you can see here the best coolers for intel and AMD.
