Which Cpu Cooler?

What CPU do you have an do you want to overclock it? As far as those coolers go, the AIO water coolers aren't much better than good air coolers. I don't think they're worth the price premium. I'd go for the CM Hyper 212 EVO out of those two.

Another suggestion is the Noctua NH-D14, I have that and it's amazing. It's only a few degrees behind the top AIO water coolers and significantly cheaper.

And Thermalright TS140 is just 1-2 degrees behind NH-D14, for the half of its price.

I have a Thermalright HR-02 Macho, which is few degrees behind TS140, and my 2600k runs 4.8ghz stable.
TS140 is the best choice for its money, really.
