Which CPU Cooler

Hello.
I am lookng to replace my current 120mm AIO cooler for a 280mm. Currently I have my eye on two, the Corsair H115i and the EVGA CLC 280 but cannot decide on which one. I do intend to overclock my CPU however the noise generated from the cooler is also a factor because I am going for a silent build.
I would like to hear other opinions and options that I may have available.
Any help would be appreciated.

In my experience, water coolers are rarely quiet, I have a h100i v2 and its basically a jet, I think you would be better off, if possible with a noctua air cooler
