I'm looking for a program that will help cool down my duron such as Rain, Waterfall, or CPU Idle. Currently I am using CPU Idle but its not providing much help to me and the other two programs Rain and Waterfall do not support my duron. Does anyone have any tips for me.

I heard that you really shouldn't use these programs because they have problems and they don't work anyway.
Has anyone had success using these programs?
How much of a temp decrease?

Rain (1.0) works just fine for me. Takes my PII-400 from 35C to 30C, system temp is usually 27-29C according to Winbond on my ABit BE6 (original). It's not overclocked and I have a triple fan on it.
It also depends on what you are doing - if you are just typing or surfing the net, it will work as these aren't CPU heavy tasks. As for gaming it won't help much.
