Which CPU Cooling Would Be Best For Me?

I am looking for the best CPU cooler for my i7-7700k intel core.

Current Build: https://www.pccasegear.com/sc/ngy (Haven't chose a power supply yet and might change ram to DDR4 3200MHZ instead of DDR4 2400MHZ)

I would choose something from Noctua (NH-15D) or Cryorigs, also put extra two airflow fans on the front of the case and you're good
