Which CPU + GPU will be good?

Hi,
I want to build a gaming rig this Sunday. So have to finalise the components in approx. 24hrs.
I'm from India and my budget is ₹25k to ₹28k.
I want to play mainly Forza Horizon 3.

I want to accommodate CPU + GPU in ₹16k to ₹18k.
I'm planning for Fx 6300 (₹8k) + [(Rx 460 4gb) or (GTX 1050 2gb) (₹10k)]
I'm getting a good deal in a shop, Fx 6300 + Gigabyte MB for ₹8k.

My friend suggested me not to go with Fx 6300, mainly because Ryzen is coming but at first the 8 core chip will come which I don't think will be under ₹10k. So, I don't want to wait that long... My friend did some research, asked on some forums and suggested me to avoid Fx. He told me to either go with a used i5 or new pentium.
I don't want to include any component without warranty and don't want to go with a dual core processor. Please suggest me a good option for that.

Also which of the two graphics cards mentioned above will be good? I'm ok with 768p (already have a monitor 1333*768) but then want to increase graphics settings as high as possible. Will be glad to run GTA 5 on Very High or Ultra (which may benefit from higher VRAM) on these resolutions.
Also I've read that newer games like Fora Horizon 3 are good with 4gb vram and it's future proof, but do I really need it?
To be precise Asus STRIX version of Rx 460 4gb OC and GTX 1050 2gb are around ₹10k. So, a bit lower GPU with higher VRAM or a bit higher GPU with lower VRAM?

Also if possible I will sell the existing monitor and get a 1080p monitor so also consider that for GPU.
Thank You :)

Having a good CPU is key to get good FPS in Forza Horizon 3.

When I had an i5 3570 and a GTX 970, I could only play Forza on low settings and get ~60 FPS. Now when I got myself an i7 6700k I get ~70 FPS on high settings.'

I'm a noob when it comes to AMD but I'd suggest buying a CPU equivalent to an i7 6700k or maybe an i5 6600k (I have no idea how well the i5 6600k performs in Forza) and for GPU I'd say go for the GTX 1050.

If I were you I'd go with an i7 6700k or i5 6600k. But at the end it's up to you. Cheerios.

The extra Vram of the 460 is not going to help the card is not really powerfull enough to push it.
Both cards are entry level so dont plan on high with good FPS.
For the FX processor I would buy a Intel i3 over that any day the i3 will give you better performance.

At high or ultra I don't expect very good fps I'm good with 30+ fps. Basically I want it's performance to be equivalent or greater than consoles.

Thanks all of you for quick responses.
But you all are suggesting CPUs higher than my budget... Can a I3 handle it like Zerk2012 said? In Horizon 3? Also the minimum requirements of the game shows Fx 6300...
And this discussion makes me curious about how Xbox handles it then? What are the settings in Forza Horizon 3 equivalent to Xbox's performance?

Thanks ThePopeinator, so Xbox performs equivalent to high settings.
So, guys might have to go for an used i5 otherwise new i3...

Also, as mentioned in that video about Low Video Memory alert, should I go with 4gb Rx 460 OC then? Will the OC make it eq. to 1050?

Hi, I'm getting good deals on i5 + MB combos (₹12k) so I can get a new i5 now (hurray!!)
Still can you guys tell me any specific i5? Is i5 4690k okay or should I go for i5 6600k ?
And still, is it worth to jump to i5 from i3 6100 ? The total price of the system is going above ₹28k with i5 and with i3 6100 it's near ₹26k. If price goes near ₹30k I can't buy new monitor...

And still confused about graphics card...

iGetBSODs247, thanks.
And what about GPU? 4gb of Rx 460 or 2gb of GTX 1050?
Actually as I told earlier my budget for GPU is ₹10k. And I plan to sell the existing 768p monitor and get a 1080p, so the remaining cost for 1080p after selling the 768p will be approx. ₹3k. And 4gb of GTX 1050 is near ₹13k. So if I get 4gb 1050 and also the i5 then have to stick with 768p (hence no use of increased specs).
So, I can either increase my CPU budget for i5 or can increase GPU budget to get GTX 1050 4gb to save ₹3k for monitor.
So now which is worth?

Hi friends, I'm sorry I didn't respond for too long... but, now my plans are changed... I've decided to wait for Ryzen.
Thank You Very Much All Of You:) for giving me a good amount of knowledge.

According to my friend, in India all the variants of Ryzen will launch together. During March-April. It's right?
Dual core with SMT and Quad Core without SMT sound suitable for me...
