Depending on what you do with your PC other than gaming either of these two are going to be the best you can get for under $80

If you are on budget, you cannot go wrong with Pentium G3258 CPU + Asus H81M-PLUS motherboard and overclock the CPU to at least 4.2GHz with perfect ease (it is unlocked). Later you can upgrade the CPU to i3, i5 or i7. AMD system suggested above will also be good, but no upgrade path.

No matter what socket? So are you going to buy a new motherboard also? If you are not going to buy a new motherboard than nobody can tell you what to get because it won't work on your current pc if its not the right socket.
