Which CPU is better? 3570k worth it?

So is an i5-3570k better then say an i5-4430, i5-4570, or i5-4670? I know i5-4670k is btter then an i5-3570k but i want to keep myself as close to $200 as possible I can go a little over like the i5-3570k mainly because its overclocked would it still be better then the non overclocked 4th gen.
