Question Which CPU is better for Graphic Designing, AMD Ryzen or Intel (i7 9700K/i59600KF or 3700X/3800X)?

Assuming your applications are multi-threaded the 3700x is hands down the value leader although the 3800x has slightly better performance.

Installed cost of 9900k will be much higher since you have to add the cost of not only the processor but cooling and a very capable motherboard. 3700 and 3800 processors come with effective coolers and will work comfortably on even a budget b450 board. And lastly a 9900 actually provides less performance vs. even the 3700x in many, if not most, content creation applications. 9700's aren't very relevant here and 9600's shouldn't even be mentioned in the same post.

Maybe i Should Wait for the "Comet Lake" we will see which one performs better in benchmark

I would not have high hopes on that. Creator part is AMD without asking. you might get a bit better offer as anything new always make older get a bit cheapper.
Thats true, as of now, im starting to think about R7 3800X but in next i will see what intels been doing..if i see that intel has less performance than AMD which would be a bit higher at a price range for comet lake, then i will get Ryzen.
